Hello! I’m Madelin (Maddy), a licensed title agent with over 15 years of experience in the real estate title industry. Since 2007, I’ve been dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the closing process, providing clear, personalized support from start to finish.
I’m proud of my Cuban heritage and the values instilled in me by my immigrant parents—hard work, integrity, and a deep respect for family and community. Being bilingual in English and Spanish has opened doors for me to serve a diverse range of families across the country. It has been a privilege to help so many clients achieve their dream of homeownership through my work as a real estate title professional.

Outside of the office, I love cruising to new destinations, whether it's a weekend getaway or a longer voyage to explore different cultures and enjoy some much-needed relaxation. I’m also a big believer in the importance of family time, so you’ll often find me spending weekends with my loved ones, creating memories and enjoying simple moments together. Both cruising and quality family time allow me to recharge, stay connected, and return to work with a fresh perspective.

Hello! I’m Marcela, a dedicated title professional and proud member of the Nationwide Title Group team. I began my career in the title industry in 2020, and from the very start, I discovered a passion for helping people navigate one of the most important milestones in their lives—buying or selling a home.
With a background in Business Administration and Human Resources, I bring strong communication skills and a deep understanding of client care to every transaction. My customer-first approach, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a smooth and stress-free closing process set me apart. Whether you are purchasing your first home or investing in real estate, I am here to ensure the process is clear, efficient, and positive for all parties involved.
I’m proud to speak three languages—Spanish, English, and Portuguese—which allows me to connect with and support a diverse range of clients and communities. My multicultural background, rooted in my Uruguayan, Italian, Brazilian, and Argentine heritage, has shaped my love for building relationships and continuously learning.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring nature, visiting Disney whenever we can, and finding peace in writing and reading by the ocean.
